Unfortunately, our coaches are not wheelchair accessible due to the four steps required to reach the seating area. However, we do strive to accommodate all passengers to the best of our ability and can assist with boarding and disembarking upon request.

Our fleet of vehicles vary in capacity from 14 up to 35 passengers, depending on the specific model. Regardless of size, each coach is designed for comfort and safety during your journey.

A/C? Yes, all our coaches are equipped with air conditioning to ensure a comfortable ride regardless of the weather.

 

Charging ports? While some of our buses do have USB ports onboard, it is not guaranteed. We recommend bringing your own power bank and charger to ensure your devices remain powered throughout the trip.

 

WiFi? We do not provide onboard WiFi, but we make stops at WiFi accessible locations during longer journeys to accommodate your connectivity needs.

 

TV? No, our coaches do not feature onboard televisions, with the exception of our Deluxe Coach D35. We prioritize a serene environment for our passengers to relax and enjoy the scenery during their travels.

Yes, we provide bottled water upon request to keep our passengers refreshed and hydrated throughout their journey.

While our fleet doesn't directly service the USA, we can arrange cross-border transportation through our trusted partners, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients. Please contact us for more information.

Our quoted prices include all necessary time for our drivers to conduct mandatory pre and post-trip inspections, as well as travel time to and from our nearest base. These thorough inspections are a legal requirement in Canada, and ensure the safety and reliability of our services.

We do not provide car seats or hooks. However, we encourage passengers to bring their own seats to comply with BC laws and ensure the safety of their children during travel. Our drivers are trained to properly secure car seats using seat belts to ensure the safety of our youngest passengers.

We recommend foldable manual wheelchairs for ease of transportation. While our staff cannot assist with loading wheelchairs over 18 kg (40 lbs), we do require advanced notice to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. Your comfort and safety are our top priorities.
